Questions about plans
What happens if a Cloud payment fails?
As planned for Cloud: your plan continues through a grace period. If it ends, the plan returns to Free: nothing is deleted or hidden, but new projects beyond the Free limits wait until you upgrade again.
What happens when a self-hosted licence expires?
As planned for licences: your install keeps running and your data stays yours. After a grace period you cannot add new users until it is renewed. The exact terms come with the licence.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Businesses can request a demo of a prepared project.
